Paumanok - Festival Chardonnay 2011

Clear, bright pale lemon with hints of lime

Fresh apple with lively hints of citrus.

Dry with refreshing apple and citrus character. Medium-bodied with a medium-length finish.

Perfect with pasta, poultry, fish and cheese dishes. Perfect for the Festival Season!




Blend: 97% Chardonnay, 2% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Chenin Blanc

This is a great everyday white, perfect for lunch or with your campervan or tent for the Festival Season.  Served with anything from yummy salads to headline acts at Glastonbury.  Or if you're feeling a little more mellow and mature then Latitudes or the Isle of Wight! It's even screw cap so you don't need to remember the corkscrew!  Deliciously refreshing.

Yield: 2.5 tons per acre

Pressing: Free run juice and press fractions of all Chardonay blocks and pressed Sauvignon Blanc

Fermentation: Entirely in Stainless Steel at around 60º F to preserve the fruit characters

Cooperage: 100% Stainless Steel
